Home made banana muffins! 176 calories each.

Sure! https://pin.it/1Uykv16 3 x ripe bananas 1 x large egg 3/4 x cup oats 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 x cup brown sugar 1/4 x tsp salt 1 x tsp essence (I used the banana one but you can use any) 1 & 1/4 x cup whole wheat flour 1/3 x cup olive oil (I used butter) Mix them together and bake in a 200 degrees celsius for about 15 minutes... keep checking because the don’t take long to be ready.
