They say anything over a 2 pound loss a week is unhealthy. Looks like I need to eat more? Regardless, I am adding more calories, as my workouts are more strenuous.

Over 2 lbs/week is hard to sustain long term but mileage may vary. As long as your WOE doesn't leave you feeling hungry/tired/weak all the time then probably no reason to change. Seems to be working great for you!! 👍👍

Wow, what a difference 5 lbs make! Since you've bumped up your workouts the loss might be a 1st week thing, see what happens next week. But hey, you look great (slightly jealous here✌)!

When I joined here I was so confused and unsure what to do. So many helped me♥️🙌 I was losing fast at first. When you are bigger you lose faster, if making the right decisions. Now, if you’re weight isn’t moving...... something is wrong?? No, just absolutely not. Plateaus are a real thing, cortisol is real, body composition is legit 💯 🙌 keep it up and keep pressing forwards till you need to maintain. That’s the one thing I have to figure out, but the time for that isn’t here yet for me. You might be in a body burn mode. Get it friend and happy for you💜💚
