Woke at 231.4, up .4 from yesterday. Did not sleep well, so I ended up sleeping in, preventing a morning workout. Starting with coffee. Targeting 550 calories today and 2800 tomorrow. Will continue roughly that alternate-day fasting plan throughout the month. UPDATE: Good water movement today and got to 229.8 by 4:30. Turkey chops for dinner, so I'll probably go a big over target. But the beauty of doing the low cal day as the first day, I can adjust on the second day. UPDATE: Ended up eating 1058 calories today. That leaves me 2292 for tomorrow.
