gosh darnit! I've been fluctuating between 129 and 131 for so long, I started going to the gym again and have gotten there like 6-8 times now in the past couple of weeks (i'd have to look at a calendar to get it 100% accurate) and I know that I will be able to make it 3-4 times per week. I don't think inches have come back so I think the gain is muscle as it came on after I had started going to the gym. (My eating hasn't changed). But I'm still really really frustrated with the numbers going up not down. GRRRR. I bought the Eat Clean Diet book recommended to me by the trainer at the gym. I've read part of it already and its super helpful and realistic!! All about eating lean proteins complex carbs, how to and when! I am going to give it a real honest to goodness shot! I am one of those people who finds it insanely annoying to try to eat 5-6 times a day. I work in a lab so its not like I can eat while doing work....inconvenient. But maybe I can work this out and not get discouraged before I give it a real shot!....

Still frustrated about the gain....
