Keto Almond Macadamia smoothie. I wanted to play around with chia seeds which I’ve never done. This came out yummy/ like the flavor of an almond energy bar.

I used 365 almond extract from WF, Garden of Life Vanilla plant protein & TJ’s almond butter.

Yeah, this smoothie has 2 teaspoons whole chia seeds. I made it in a Vitamix blender which has a powerful motor & finely pulverized everything. Later at night I experimented with 1 whole tablespoon soaked for 10 minutes in the Milkadamia before making the smoothie & was blown away by how it thickened a strawberry smoothie like a banana. I was able to make a killer smoothie with only 4 strawberries plus ice, alternative milk etc. which is awesome for Keto.
