OMG, what a crazy day. So much to do before I leave in a week's time. Am stressed out and when I am stressed I EAT, including finishing off my toddler's leftovers! Must go for a walk today! Went for a walk yesterday but only for 20 mins or so.

We all have those days..So going on vacation? I am a stress eater and is why I am going to make sure I have the right foods in the house. I know w/ a toddler it would be hard. Thought I was the only one who did that, I see my grandson did not eat all his food it used to be, bring it here your not going to waste that... OMGoodness I would then think to myself.. Haven't started the exercise yet.. My goal to have that one figured out by the end of this week, and make it work.... WE CAN TO THIS !!

Yes! I have started throwing away my toddler's leftovers rather than using my tummy as a waste disposal system. Am going away to see my folks and have a holiday but am determined to keep on track with eating and exercise. As you say, we CAN regain control over food and eat to live rather than live to eat (am def still in latter group :) Good luck with the exercise! Morning works best for me too as I find I am to tired by the end of the day. I also agree that it's best to find a time of the day that only you can control (unlike at your client's house) Take care and best of luck for the rest of the week.

I see I am having a time getting on here after supper and loging in my food. Don't see a way to do it the next day. I am kinda afaid to say it cus when I have in the past i went right back to my old ways yet i feel a bit different this time and have been sticking to my low cal pretty well and this morning ( a proud moment) I picked up the pear bread, and was going to get a piece, looked at it again and I THREW IT AWAY !!! YEAH !!! That felt pretty good. Will be able to get some much needed snacks for the evening, sf jello, gf pretzels. What do you all eat for like an evening snack ? Great joy throwing away the leftovers...Have an awesome time on your visit,stay strong and know I am rooting (woo hoo ) for you. I like that eat to live rather than live to eat!!! Lack of sleep still not getting exercise in UGH !! HAVE AN AWESOME DAY !!!
