Stayed the same again but that's OK, starting the 20 pounds by christmas challenge today. Huge storms moving in for this week so hope I can find some times to get out and walk.
100.7 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 31.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
