Have gained a pound in the last week. Wanted to weigh 77kg today but weigh 79kg! I have been more aware of what I am eating but have still not managed to restrict high sugar/fat foods. Also, for 5 days last week Wed-Sun, I didn't go on my daily 30-40 min brisk walk. Will try and do better this week, especially since I go away for three weeks next Monday and would like to have my mind and body in a good place before I do that.

"YOU CAN DO THIS MSINAI " I am believing in you 100% I am putting my goals now and long term goals on my fridge today when I get home.... Didn't get done what you wanted to last week, try again harder this week....Lets, if you will, this week before we put anything into our mouths, stop look at the fork/spoon full and ask ourself do we really want to put this into our bodies and if not, lets do away with it ... What do ya think..... Your Buddy All The Way........ I need to get in gear w/my exercises and if not at work then as soon as I walk in the door from work.... Since I am starting all today I want to get it right and on a routine..... HAVE AN AWESOME WEEK MY FRIEND !!

Thanks! Yes, need to motivate myself to do better this week. Will keep at it as is vital for my health. Also, have to accept that 'Rome wasn't built in day' and that it will take a while to reverse the bad habits that I have built up during the last 15 years. You have a great week too! Let us motivate each other to make this work!

Thanks, not doing real bad and no it wasn't built in a day. I am really trying here. I didn't do too bad yesterday untill I just sat around too tired to start my zumba, not good. Doing it at work didn't pan out like I expected it to. I work in a mans home caring for him and he usually slept till 9-9:30 and low and behold he is up either right at 7 when I come in or shortly after... :( bummed me out. I am going to try to get my stuff for the next day prepared the night before and maybe that will help and I am going to try to do zumba before work.since I am a morning person and that evening exercise just won't get it.. I was ready to kick myself last night I had gotten a piece of the pear bread I had made looked at it and remembered what I said to you, I thought about it yet ate it anyway.. so needless to say when I get home today pear bread in the garbage, if it is there I will eat it... I will get some sf jello w some light coolwhip or rediwhip for my evening snack...Yes lets keep motivating each other... "WE CAN DO THIS" WERE MORE POWERFUL THAN "FOOD".
