Hi everyone! Finally got a bump up in ketones. Last night my blood sugar was low enough that I didn't take insulin before bed. Still took my metformin though. Today I'm fasting 24 hours - breakfast to breakfast. I am reading the Diabetes Code by Dr. Jason Fung. Very informative, technical at times, humorous, interesting. He is a huge proponent of intermittent fasting and I use his Guide to Intermittent Fasting as my fasting bible. Have a nice weekend everyone!!
