Chaotic eating during the day ,allow sweet and fat food ,allow alcohol,not smoker ,sport almost everyday
Challenges :
-Trying to not eat anything once a week
(Only water allowed )
-Trying to not eat any sweet things once a week
-trying not to eat bread once a week
Weight increasing and decreasing chaotic
Weight range : 75kg - 80kg.
Goal weight : 73kg.
Supergoal : six pack body 😎
