Well, my folks 60th anniversary took me completely off plan and ketosis which I expected. The bbq'd ribs were going to do me in anyway so what the I sampled the 2 cakes & cheesecake too! But...at least I got in 3 hrs of fat burning activity that day including 8 miles of walking & burned 4000 + calories. so yesterday was a steak, salad, bacon & eggs. there was just no way omad was going to work around the fam so 2mad it is. breaky & dinner. today is my sisters bday so chinese food tonight. lol. again, anticipating almost 2 hours & 5 mile fat burn this morning to start my day and more to come. then back to normal tomorrow. omad & keto with plan to be in ketosis by the wknd and hopefully..a minimum 3 day fast next week. i'm dangling the carrot in front of my nose of not stepping on the scale until post fast so the longer I go the better.
