I would say I met my goals today. I did 40 min of cardio (20 min on a treadmil incline walking and 20 min on a bicycle) and I ate almost what I planned. I think I stayed in my calorie range but I did not drink the shake and ate chocolate covered hazelnuts instead. I ate only 5 or 6 and there was not much chocolate. Anyway, I did good. My fasting sugar was better - 114. I hope it will be even lower tomorrow. I have to stick to my diet plan at least for a week to see some results if any. I think it works for me. I dont have any ups and downs, dont feel very hungry and even have to remind myself to eat my meals. If I dont eat then I get very hungry and then it takes a lot of food to satisfy my appetite. I want to take a short trip in 2 months and I want to look my best. It will be my motivation to stay focused and eat right. Goals for tomorrow: 1. Do at least 30 min cardio (any time) 2. Weight training with Tarry 3. Stay in my calorie range (1150-1250)
