In a week have come down to a BMI of 29.9 so no longer obese, thank God. Really need to keep going for my health as am aiming for a BMI of 21.9 for optimum health for my build. This means another 21kg which I will break up into mini-goals. Have lost 2kg in a few weeks. The last week I did well on the exercise front, went to Pilate and walked for 30mins nearly every day. However, I am still not doing great on food intake. Am getting better at portion control but still find myself eating high fat/sugar foods and often go way over my calorie limit for the day even though am eating less than before! This makes me realise how I piled on 18kg in 7 years with a whopping 6-7kg weight gain in the last year alone!
I am approaching 40 in just over 5 months and need to sort this out for my sake and for the sake of my child.
So, well done for sticking to at least part of the plan last week and must do better this week!
