snacking time GM diet day 2. alhamdulillah GM diet ni berhasil utk sy. from 60kg to 58.9kg in 1 week diet x makan nasi. but when i start GM diet from 58.9kg boleh turun 57.5kg in 2 days. wish me luck! target is 54-55kg
