我平台左幾年,直至醫生話我有脂肪肝都要肥多十幾磅先怕死去減重,我仲努力緊。。。阿chris加油,食啱嘅食物,搵啱嘅方法減,吾好絕食。🚬🚬🚬🤣🤣🤣🤣

加油啊 我之前平台期左2次 2次都2個禮拜就過左 做多少少運動 增大翻個TDEE 體重就好快落架啦!
