June 15, 2020 regaining ground I lost when I ate too much and some of the wrong things on my birthday. Two lbs are automatic when I eat starchy foods. And the sheer bulk of food can add weight as well. 170 yesterday. Today 169. I hope to get back to 168 tomorrow. No starch or sugar today. Veggies but not in bulk. We'll see how it goes.
