Well I've had a stressful two weeks. I havne't been able to enter anything in my food journal. I'm only managing stretching and ab excercises and light walking. This week I'm cutting back on my coffee and drinking more water. I'm also making my portions small or realistic sizes. Once I get over the munchy craving I think I'll be alright. Thank goodness for fruit, nuts and yogurt.
