Hi Terri. Good luck. My best advice would be to log food consistently. And not be discouraged by fluctuations!!!

Welcome! And, like you may hear from many, try not to think of it as a "diet!" If you can change your way of eating for good, you will never be on a "diet" again! 😁 Whatever you decide to do to reduce your weight... Have it be what you can live with forever! Best of luck! 😁

Hey! Welcome! I lost 100. This app helped immensely! I haven’t tracked here for 3 years. I reached my goal back then. I’m back to take off my COVID 10. This app is my best bet! Tracking everything. It becomes addictive. Back to focus and diligence. Give yourself super powers. Positive mantras helped me through. You can do it. If I did. You can too.
