My first weight drop since quarantine!! I think this has more to do with the fact that last week I stepped on the scale in the evening after dinner. Still...I’m back to eating healthy and regularly working out...I feel really good👍
72.2 kg Lost so far: 6.3 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you!! I don’t expect to lose as much in the upcoming weeks. I’ll be more consistent about weighing in after my Friday morning workouts. I’m hoping to have a steady 1-2 pound a week loss until I reach my goal👍

Oh for sure☺️☺️ That’s reasonable! I’m sort of at a plateau but shaping up nicely 🙌 doing more water and swimming and just going to keep up what I’m doing💜💚
