Surprised that I gained one KG despite clocking 50km last week, but still satisfied as I had originally planned to reduce weight to 58.

may be because u were on a crashed diet for long term and ur body got adjusted to 900 to 1000 calories... may be go on a reverse diet for a bit and then take calories as per ur BMR...
