I've eaten so much this week as my mental health has taken a big tumble. Over 2000 Kcal every day. I think I'm going to take the rest of the week of calorie counting off to try and reduce stress and try again next week even though i will probably have put a lot of weight on. :/

Don’t worry I’m the same I had 2 days of over 2000 calories and loads of cakes and sugar and tubs of icecream 😭 we be fine next week an other week! Xxx stay strong
