Great Idea! I've really utilized the internet to help me with eating out. Most restaurant and fast food websites have meal builders that will track the nutritional value. This has been really helpful when going to places like Qdoba and Chipotle which both have very healthy, very tasty options. I feel more motivated to actually lose the weight now. I feel like I do so good during the week and than the weekend hits and it's madness. My work schedule is changing so I'll be getting off at 3pm now so I'm going to try to work out everyday. I'll have so much time. I'm also going to start reading and crafting more so I'm not bored at home. When I'm bored I eat, when I'm sad I eat, When I'm mad I eat. I need to change that!
