1/2 mashed banana (sisanya bisa untuk toping). 4 tbsp oat (aku pake quaker oat biru). 4 tbsp skimmed milk (boleh di ganti susu apapun mungkin kalian gamau make hewani). 1 tsp chia seed (you can skip this anyway. 1 tbsp greek yogurt. 1 tsp cacao powder (or lil bit more if u like the bitter one). a pinch of salt for balance (mine is himalayan). (optional) sedikit madu atau gula apapun, skip this when youre banana is very ripe). Mix it well and keep it overnight! (at least 4 hour), semoga suka!
