Jogged for a mile this morning in my neighborhood. I'm slowly but surely getting back into waking up early enough to run outside. Feeling kind of foolish though, because I just downloaded a free pedometer app for iPod (duh!) and found out that I've only been running 3.5 mph, which according to fs is "walking (exercise)"...lol...and I've been inputting "running (jogging)" in the exercise tracker. So I've not been burning as much as I thought. But that's okay. I'm a very SLOW jogger! Something to work towards. My next goal is to get up to running that 5 mph so I can say that I'm truly "running"!!
