Try and eat less today and for the rest of the week that way you even out the calorie and hopefully be fine.
What helps is if you plan your week's food ahead you will find it easy to stick to the plan.

Thanks you guys for your encouragement. Much needed. I’ll try what bubblegum14 said and eat less for the rest of the week. Might do the lemonade drink for a few days or juicing. What’s your opinion on juicing ?
