What an awful way to spend the weekend. I wrenched my back doing sit ups Thursday night and I've been in excruciating pain ever since. I should have known better but I felt so darned good about myself getting back into the workout routine.. ARHGGHH!!
To top that off, I ordered another bottle of HCG on Sept. 28th and it got lost in the mail, so I've been out for over a month. I just got my new supply yesterday, so here I go again.

Sorry about your back. I have back trouble myself now and again. Try to do something good for you and look what happens! You don't realize how much your back effects all you body parts and movements until it goes out. Good luck to you, hope it is better soon.
