I work for a wonderful company.
They have determined that October is heathy eating month. They are ordering in healthy foods for us to eat at lunch and breakfast that are low in fat and calories. Wow.
They are also doing a biggest looser challenge which I signed up for. Grand prize is a flat screen TV.
I say again: I work for a wonderful company.
Is it cheating if I drink a lot of water before my weigh in?
