Just got back from a run to Hamilton, felt pretty good. I made it there in 29:50. I'll try to beat this time on Thursday. It is so quite without kids around. Today is my first day without Brayden. His Mom thinks she will have another job in the middle of November. I'm glad to have this time to myself on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I only have a few minutes until I have to pick up Ellie from preschool but I did what I wanted with my time this morning. It was so nice to do what I wanted to do instead of my morning being dictated by kids...
