dalam wkt sebulan ini aku udah olahraga,minimal 20-30 menit,trs aku mkn di 1400 kal, aku jg udh kurangin makanan/minuman manis, tapi kok berat badan ku gk turun2 ya?:(
55 kg Lost so far: 4 kg.    Still to go: 7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
