Made a quick sushi today with cucumber beetroot and king prawn.

Nutricali, you are too kind. Truth is I have forgotten how to do them. There are better efforts on my page on FB "Shockolata". But at least I am cooking more often nowadays and looking forward to becoming queen of my kitchen once again.

1 cup of sushi rice made 3 rolls. Each roll cuts into 8 pieces. 12 pieces each and that is a lot of food!
