Bahan :
- 250gr tempeh
- 2 sdm tepung serbaguna
- 1 sdt merica
- 1 sdm kecap manis
- 1/2 sdt saus tiram
- 1 sdt bawang putih bubuk
- 1 sdt garam
Cara membuat :
1. Kukus tempeh selama 15 menit
2. Tumbuk tempeh campurkan tepung serbaguna, ketumbar bubuk, merica, bawang putih bubuk, garam dan kecap manis. Aduk rata.
3. Bentuk bulat adonan tempeh dan pipih
4. Panggang dengan api kecil hingga kecoklatan
5. Sajikan dengan sayur dan saos favorit
