It's ok!!! It's just a plateau. It happens to all of us!! Take a deep breath!!! OK. Lets get back on track now!!! We all have had issues with plateaus. It's really not the end of the world!! It may seem like it though!! You have lost 39 pounds, and gained back 4. That was a good job, losing that!!! All you have to do is not panic, don't get discouraged, and reevaluate your calorie intake!!! You just might have to adjust it down. You are ok, and will be losing again soon!!! Good job losing that 35 pounds!! I know you feel better now!!! I'll be right here if you need support!!! I sent a buddy request.
