I am new to this site and so far I like what I see. A few years ago I was on Spark People and found that just recording my food was enough to keep me disciplined. The discipline problem came in sticking with the recording when I got busier. I went from 213 to 199, but now I am bouncing around between 203 and 208. I would like to get down to 190 and then I'll see if 180 seems realistic.
