Went to the store last night and bought all kinds of snacks for the fam - which I sat and mindlessly ate. I couldnt even track it because I dont know exactly what I had... So that was eye opening. I guess I just cant be trusted with certain things! I knew that about chips but Ill add pringles, baked cheetos, and cookies to that list. Anyway, today will be better. I didnt bring a bunch of food to work with me. I will have to go pick up lunch, so Ill make a plan before I order.
I did a tabata zoom workout yesterday over lunch with some work friends. I had a Dr appt later so I ended up not going to the gym in the evening. I wanted to go this morning but my back and hips feel so jacked up. Ive never been to a Chiro but Im wondering if thats what I need. I also need to roll out on the foam roller. My goal today is just to hit my step goal and log everything.
