Feeling a bit discouraged today but not giving up.

I went for my daily walk and did my first 5km. I’m feeling muuuch better 🙂. Thank you ladies

5 km! Amazing. I'm 300 meter short of that. My average is 4,5 to 4,7 a day. Depending on the time I get a chance to go. If it's close to sunset I only do 4,5 before dark hits. Otherwise 4,7. Maybe I will push to 5 today. You've inspired me.

Not yet Tshidi. The night caught up to me. I have to walk outside you know. I don't own a treadmill. It's dangerous out there after dark. Did only 3 km yesterday. Hopefully today. I will certainly let you know. I will post it on my journal. 😊

Great! 3 km is better than 0km. Good on you. Yeah I go during the day... 12h30 to be exact.

I usually go around that time as well but my husband has been booked off sick from work for the past week, and you know men are like boys when they get sick. They need mommy. So now I only get to go walk when he's not needy. Lol. It'll pick back up when he goes back to work.
