I am happy with myself for sticking to my exercise and points the last 2 days. Friday and the weekend are usually my downfall but I am going to try my hardest today and this weekend to stick to it. I am enjoying the Comcast On Demand exercise workouts. The fit in five routines are great. If I stick to it the month of October I can be half way to where I want to be!!!!
