The bread will make you fat.

wtf, these comments are awful. eating bread once won't make you fat, just like eating a salad once won't make you skinny. sounds like Erik Peers and Katrinkakika are projecting their insecurities🙄

Bread is not going to make you fat. The most important thing is to always track your calories no matter what. The more accurate the better, a food scale is best. Doing this will help you find out exactly how many calories your body needs to lose weight and also to maintain your weight when you reach your goal. Also make small adjustments. Dont cut out to many calories this will only backfire and you will want to binge eat. Go for high fiber foods and also high dense low calorie foods like vegetables to keep you full and on track. Remember you trying to make small adjustments so you can eat healthy and keep at your goal weight for the long run. Good Luck

I agree, bread doesn't make you fat. Do your research, white bread has more protein, fat, fiber and less carbs as compared to foods like white rice. The macros for brown bread are so much better than white bread (more protein and more fiber).
