My food for today:

Day 8
Br: green tea, a toast
Snack: 1 cup lowfat kefire w/1 Tbsp flaxseed meal
Lunch: 1 cup lowfat buttermilk w/1 Tbsp flaxseed meal
Snack: 1 cup tomato juice, green tea
Snack: protein shake, green tea
Dinner: 1 cup lowfat kefire w/1 Tbsp flaxseed meal, a toast
Total: 734 Cal

LATER: I did my cardio today and even compensated some for yesterday. I did 12 min on a bicycle (88 Cal) and 40+5 min cool down on a treadmill jogging and incline walking (burned 465 Cal). It feels good afterwards knowing that I accomplished my goals for today. I even baked cookies for tomorrow's presentation and did not try a single one. And I skipped dinner... just could not get it down.
