I had completely deserted from my regiment, as you can tell by the increased spans of inactivity. But I have been inspired! I'm starting again!

117.0 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg. Still to go: 26.8 kg. Diet followed: Not Applicable.

Gaining 0.3 kg a Week

thats what i did on here but i dont think my wishing diet is gonna do it, i might have to try a bit harder to eat some fruit and vegetables.
