Off the wagon, back on the wagon. That should be the title of this entry. God, I fell off this past two weeks. I was so disgusted. Not really so badly food wise, but exercise wise. This work schedule has been killing me. Thank god I am all back to normal again. I decided to go back to month one. I felt as if month two just wasn't as challenging. The only difference was it was longer and that was the more painful thing about it. I am also going to start running again. I am afraid of stepping on the scale as well. I know, I know I am probably going to take a few bullets for that one, but when I stop working out as faithfully I feel like a slob kabob. Hope everyone is doing well and staying on track!
