Sincerely lacking motivation again. I'm really tired for some reason, I think that I've been stressed for the last few weeks and it's starting to hit me. I'll check in later.
I stopped working for a little while today. I did get quite a bit accomplished. I didn't get any "intentional" exercise today, it has been a mentally exhausting day though. Before I go to bed, I will make sure I do 15 - 30 minutes of something, even if it's taking the dog for a walk.
It's way past my bed time, the computers are probably as beat as I am. Tomorrow I'll have to exercise twice! - Remind me to put it on the challenge wall.

Try get some rest and do some deep breathing, that has always helped me,when Stressed it is so hard to concentrate on taking care of yourself, I hope you get over this feeling soon, In meantime here a big ((((HUG)))) from me XXX Carmel
