Hello All,

I feel really good. Although I haven't lost that much weight the last couple of weeks. I've been working out and I feel energized. I know that I'll start to lose a lot more weight soon, you just have to push through these times where the scales doesn't move as much as you think it should. I hope you all are doing well.

How do you keep yourself going.....Its great to see your progress...and you give me inspiration... I have been a chubby person all my life..I have 60 pounds that I need to lose and can get half way there and I blow it and gain it all back...what am I not doing right? Any words of wisdom?
