Very strict Atkins for 4 days. Yesterday had a lot of cravings for sweets. Managed to push through. Noticed that I bonked during morning workout. I have been doing Insanity for weeks now. Yesterday lost all energy to finish workout called Bonking. Basically hitting a wall so that can't go on. not sure how I will fix this problem because the solutin is to add some complex carbs back to diet to recharge glyocgen for energy while working out...
