starting today will write an entry everyday without fail. i think i need to stay away from carbs...seem to be eating that a lot after looking at the breakdown in my calendar. i seem to be making healthier choices in food yet its not enough to lose weight.i think i will join a yoga class..it should help me in long term...and now when i have the time then why not....i need to do something abt food...i am like a major foodie. i am a vegetarian, but soups and salads make me unhappy. i need the carbs to keep me happy and full if u know what i mean. lets see what i do about it..
