gimana ya, bulan puasa tuh kadang ga nyampe target kebutuhan kalori, paling banyak tuh di 1000.tapi ada juga yang malah cuman 200-300 aja perhari 😔

200 sampe 300 tuh minim banget lho mbak. Usahakan minimal tetep sesuai bmr biar ga jadi penyakit.. ambil aja dr karbo kompleks kalo mau dongkrak kalori. Sebiji dua biji gorengan juga bisa, itu gede udah kalorinya
