Today was a very difficult day. I was very hungry, couldn't think of anything else but food. I had to add 1 hard boiled egg and drink 1 more cup of chicken broth and still barely made it till dinner. I am tired more but I blame it on my work. I have been working too much and with so little food it is more complicated.
I drunk 3 cups of green tea and 6 cups of water. I did 40 crunches with a baby on my legs, 50 leg lifts (each side) and I still have to do my cardio.
My food for today:

Day 3
Br: 1 cup of coffee with 1/2 cup unsweetened silk, a toast
Snack: green tea, 1 cup of chicken broth
Lunch: 1 cup of chicken broth, 100 gm baked lean pork loin, green tea
Snack: green tea, a toast, 1 hard boiled egg
Snack: protein shake
Dinner: 100 gm baked lean pork loin, a toast, water
Total: 714 Cal

I did my cardio finally, and I feel much much better!!!!

Although the foods you are eating are healthy, you don't seem to be eating enough to keep your body functioning the way it should. No wonder you are starving. I am not sure if you are just trying to jump start your loss with such low calories, but becareful. Good luck!
