Today was a very difficult day. I was very hungry, couldn't think of anything else but food. I had to add 1 hard boiled egg and drink 1 more cup of chicken broth and still barely made it till dinner. I am tired more but I blame it on my work. I have been working too much and with so little food it is more complicated. I drunk 3 cups of green tea and 6 cups of water. I did 40 crunches with a baby on my legs, 50 leg lifts (each side) and I still have to do my cardio. My food for today:
Day 3 Br: 1 cup of coffee with 1/2 cup unsweetened silk, a toast Snack: green tea, 1 cup of chicken broth Lunch: 1 cup of chicken broth, 100 gm baked lean pork loin, green tea Snack: green tea, a toast, 1 hard boiled egg Snack: protein shake Dinner: 100 gm baked lean pork loin, a toast, water Total: 714 Cal
I did my cardio finally, and I feel much much better!!!!
