Going down, 65.600 i'm only at 600 grams from my first goal, and this week on Friday I'm going on holidays for 2 weeks, I'm terrified. I dont want to gain, but I know i will. why? because i have eliminated from my diet alcohol and sugar completely, and on holidays well... i will have some. However i will try to keep track on my carbs somehow, but i know will be hell difficult. :(
65.6 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

You are doing well, don't be afraid of you hols, don't know what your up to but where ever it is take the opportunity to explore it on foot and walk as much as you can, if you got a pool swim every morning and evening, if the beach swimming in the sea is even better. Enjoy your holiday and don't worry about things as the stressing out about food is just as bad as eating the bad things. :)
