I have totally bombed on diet and exercise. I've just been under so much stress and physical pain that those were the last things on my mind. It's also getting difficult to afford healthy options as food costs keep rising. I'm looking into local farmers markets so that I can keep getting my fiber intake.
My back is also doing better since my fall on the stairs last Sunday. I am currently doing stretching exercises. I am hoping to do walking over the weekend and get into a routine to take a walk each night after dinner. I know my dog will love that. I will too. I love the fall night air and its not too cold for my joints just yet.
