I was doing really well and lost 40lbs.....then I slowly started eating crap again and ive gained 15lbs back :( It makes me feel like, Ahhhhh!!! Ive started my "good" routine again. Ive eaten nothing bad in 2 days and ive already started going back to the y. I really wanted to look awesome in a swin suit this summer and i killed that goal, so i am determined that by next swim suit season, i will have gotten at least close to my goal weight.
