昨天垃圾餐吃的太開心
早餐吃了一個月沒吃的螺螄粉
午餐了吃也是一個月沒吃的麥當勞薯條+雞塊
晚餐吃了一塊烤牛骨🐂
加上生理期要來了完全大便秘🤦🏻‍♀️
今天早上量體重就多了0.5公斤😅
我良心不安啊啊啊啊啊啊啊😰
